Chapter 398: Rough Stone Made To Shine

Having been comforted by the letters that had reached him, the letters advised that he comforted others like himself, telling them that justice would come for them.

Of course, these letters that had now become the sun in his dark, cold world hinted time and time again that he was a genius and that the only reason he was suffering the way he was , was because no one knew the value of what he had brought to them.

No one knew the value of his mind. No one in this land appreciated him, and that they would appreciate him better.

They would support his research, and they would give him the aid that he so desired.

And who were they?

It was none other than the Holy church.

Somehow, they managed to continually lift Hadi’s spirits within the dungeons, and soon, Hadi in turn started to talk with the other prisoners.@@@@

In such a gloomy world, any form of comfort was held tight like a child hungry for its mother’s attention.

Such was the situation that these Prisoners had been plunged into.

Soon, Hadi was known as the Messiah within the prisons, preaching about the salvation of their race by the eradication of corruption.

In every time and generation, words have been proven to sway the hearts of man.

This was most especially true for hadi as he had a knack for it. maybe it was because of his origins as the son of a politician, but one thing was clear, and that was the fact that he could talk, and he could talk good.

This particular talent that he had and had never used to climb the office of the senate was now used in this dark land.

Thinking this far, he decided to act. And for the first time since he got to the dungeons, he attempted to contact the person sending him the letters.

He responded to the person, "I want to continue my research!"

To his surprise, he got feedback that he was going to get full support. This mearnt implements that he might need and all.

And so Hadi left preaching for a while. He would carve out mathematical formulas on the walls, as he traced the origin of the problem that he had faced during the test of the last experiment.

This took him time, a lot of time. During which he barely talked to his followers, and from the way he kept on carving out formulars on the walls, they were those that thought he had already ran mad.

After all, this place had that effect on people and everyone searched for their own way to cope with the darkness and the cold.

But Hadi was steadfast, and he worked hard. All the while, he was fueled by his own vision of a better society for him and his people.

He had promised himself that he was going to see the sun again, and he was going to get revenge on all of them that had cast him down in this hell pit.

"For one to achieve incredible things, he must first believe in his own dreams." Those words, Hadi remembered that his father had once said them. Never had they carved out a meaning in his heart like they did now.

Finally, he was done with it. He had realized his mistake and, therefore, the reason for his younger sister’s death.

Instantly, Hadi fell on his knees, and tears fell from his eyes. Tears of joy.

By now, he had spent eight months in the dungeons. These were very painful months. But he had finally done it. He had created...
