Chapter 400: The Prison Overthrow
Chapter 400: The Prison Overthrow
Hadi looked at his hand. He could not only see it, but also feel the overwhemling power coursing through his veins. Whether it was his eyes, ears, and every other sense, it was heightened beyond recognition.
Never in his entire life had he felt much power from within. This power threatened to burst out of his body. It was a call to incredible violence, and he could feel every fiber of his being begging him to display the fruits of destruction.
Hadi looked on ahead of him. there, on the ground was his fore. Hush looked at him with gritted teeth as lightning sparked around his body.
It was general knowledge that usage of any ability was forbidden in the dungeons. Then again, it was very difficult for the prisoners to even arouse techniques for combat as a result of their lack of enough energy for practically anything. Then again, this was expected because they did not have enough food.@@@@
However, that was most different for a person like Hush. He had been eating other people’s food and therefore had a lot of energy.
Considering how deep these dungeons were, Hadi knew that it would take a while for the guards to reach here. After all, even though they knew that some one was using core beast techniques, they would care little to known at all. After all, it was a general assumption that anyone that had been dumped into this place was a terrible person to society that deserved nothing but death.
This meant that even the guards would not want to give help and might only come down as a necessity. Hush was going to have caused a lot of damage by the time that happened.
Hadi looked at Hush. The latter was ready to attack.
The lightning that Hush used was a technique of his tribe. One that permitted the swift death of his enemy.
*LIGHTNING TIGER CLAWS!*
After triumphing over Hush, Hadi, his figure still emanating an aura of unbridled power, turned to face the assembly of prisoners who had witnessed the confrontation.
The air was charged with tension, anticipation, and a burgeoning sense of camaraderie among those who had long been suppressed. Hadi raised his voice, his words cutting through the silence with the precision of a well-honed blade.
"Brothers!" Hadi began, his voice resonant and imbued with a fervor that seemed to ignite the very air around him. "For too long, we have been the underdogs of this twisted society, shackled not just by chains, but by the will of those like Hush. We’ve been trampled underfoot, our fates dictated by bullies who deem themselves superior, and by a Senate that exploits our plight for their own gain."
His gaze swept across the faces of his fellow inmates, each one a reflection of the suffering and indignation that had been their constant companions. "But no more," he continued, his voice growing in intensity.
"Today, we witnessed not just the fall of a tyrant but the awakening of our collective strength. We are not mere pawns to be played at the whims of our oppressors. We are beings of power, of resilience, and of untapped potential. Rat-man, squirrel-man, rabbit-man, wolf-man, or even lion-man. Big or small. we shall not remain instruments to their vices."
The prisoners, initially silent, began to stir, Hadi’s words fanning the flames of their long-suppressed rage and desire for retribution. "We stand at the cusp of a new dawn, my brothers. A dawn where we rise from the ashes of our subjugation to claim what is rightfully ours. Let the fall of Hush be the first of many victories against those who have held us down!"
Hadi’s speech crescendoed, his final words a rallying cry that pierced the hearts of all who heard. "Together, we can overthrow the tyrants, dismantle the unjust Senate, and rewrite our destinies. Will you rise with me? Will you fight for your freedom, for your dignity, for your very lives?"
The response was instantaneous and thunderous, the air vibrating with the collective roar of the prisoners. "Hail Hadi!" they screamed, their voices merging into a powerful chorus of unity and rebellion.
Hadi smiled as an idea instantly appeared in his mind. After all, this was the best time to do this. Besides, as someone who grew up in a political home, he understood the power of binding others to his will.
But this binding needed a strong significance. one that would ensure that these men never turned their backs against him no matter what.
Hadi raised the head of Hush to his mouth, "This one ate from us. Show me your resolve!" On saying this, he took a juicy bite from Hush’s neck and swallowed...
