"If you can defeat the Primal without us, why are you asking us for a favor? Doesn't that mean you need our help to defeat them?"
Michael shook his head. "While it is true that I want, maybe even need, your help, it's not for my sake."
"You need our help for...our sake?" One of the present Beast Gods asked, his frustration rising rapidly.
"Exactly," Michael nodded and raised his hand to stop the present Gods, Beast Gods, and other beings before they could say anything.
"How much of the universe will be destroyed when the six of the strongest entities of the weave fight the Supreme Lord and owner of the Origin Expanse? How many galaxies will fall victim to our fight? How many races will our Essence annihilate by accident? A single astray attack can destroy entire planetary systems." Michael's words were heavy, but they had to be said. He had to speak them aloud.
"How much of the universe do you want to sacrifice for the final battle?" Michael asked everyone present.
Nobody answered. Not even the Titan God, who'd thundered earlier like he had the power to speak up for himself, dared to utter a single sound.
"I can bring everyone I love to the Origin Expanse. In fact, I've reorganized the Realms of the Exiled Races to create an entire planetary system for the Tritan Alliance, the Nest, and the Thorn Merchandise. I don't care if you know these organizations and alliances. Just know that those I protect are nowhere near the battlefield. As for the rest of the universe..."
Michael shrugged.
However, hearing that it could fight and possibly tear the Primal apart, it didn't say anything. "Is that enough?" Hel asked, her rotting eyeball flicking to the Calamity Dragon for a second before her attention returned to Michael.
"That should be more than enough. We won't even need the Weave Seal if everyone helps."
The neutral Gods weren't pleased with Michael's plan, but the idea of letting the six Primal and Michael fight across the entire universe was even worse. Michael wouldn't hold back because there was no need to. Everyone he loved was somewhere secure in the Origin Expanse. That being said, the Primal didn't have to hold back either. On the contrary, they would go above and beyond to kill Michael and regain their seat at the top of the Origin Universe.
Even if the Gods, who had yet to pick a side, didn't favor Michael over the Primal...Michael was the one who offered them a solution to the upcoming problems. By containing the Primal within the Beginning, the rest of the universe would be protected.
Maybe that meant they would have to pick a side, but at least Michael warned them about what was going to happen. The Primal never cared about them. If anything, they restrained everyone's freedom and killed the unpolished gems they feared.
If it was necessary to replace one evil with another, the neutral gods would much rather pick Michael.
He might not be the greatest ruler, but he would certainly be better than the Primal.
Someone new was needed at the top.
"We agree."
